About Me

Margie Oldham serves as Director of LAS Community Relations in the College of Letters, Arts & Sciences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. In this role, she advances meaningful connections among UCCS students, faculty, community organizations, businesses, and campus partners.

With extensive experience in higher education and community partnership development, Oldham leads efforts that connect the College of Letters, Arts & Sciences with the broader Colorado Springs community. Her work supports student learning and career exploration through community-engaged opportunities, partnerships, special events, social media outreach, and collaboration across the arts, humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences.

Oldham also serves as the lead for the new LAS eHub, an engagement working group focused on strengthening collaboration, coordination, and visibility for community-engaged teaching, research, and service across the college. Through the eHub, she works with faculty, staff, students, and community partners to identify shared priorities, develop sustainable partnership practices, and create clearer pathways for meaningful engagement between LAS and the Colorado Springs community.

A UCCS alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Oldham brings a student-centered, relationship-driven approach to her work. She is committed to creating opportunities that strengthen student success, elevating the work of LAS faculty and programs, and building reciprocal partnerships that benefit both the university and the community.
