Responsible for fostering a vibrant and productive culture of research, scholarship and creative works and handling all research related issues for the College; developing experiential learning opportunities for the College; assisting to resolve conflicts involving faculty and staff; mentoring Assistant and Associate Professors in career development; serving as ex officio member on the following committees: Policies and Procedures Committee; Research Committee; and DEI Council.
